Searching for a job
- Navigate to www.solarisfinancialcorp.com
- Click on Agent Login
- Click on Enter the first letter of your first name and full last name in the username field
- Click on Enter the temporary password that you received from either your recruiter or online job posting
- Click on View Job Postings / Apply for Job
- Click on Corporate Careers and fills out necessary fields
- Click on Search
- Search results for relevant postings
- Click on the job title to obtain the job description once he/she finds appropriate postings
- Click on Add Job to Basket
- Click on Apply for Jobs in Basket
Applying for a job
Entering Resume
- Select appropriate options and click on Next
- Enter resume into box and click on OK
Entering personal contact information
- Fill out contact information and click on Edit Address
- Fill out address information and click on OK
- Click on Next
Entering Employment History
- Click on Add to add information about current and prior employment
- Fill out all necessary information and click on OK
- Repeat as necessary
- Click on Next once all prior employment info is entered
Entering Education information
- Select highest level of education on Education and click on Add to add Primary/Secondary education
- Fill out all necessary info and click on OK
- Repeat as necessary
- Click on Add to add College/University Education
- Fill out all necessary information and click on OK
- Repeat as necessary
- Click on Next
Entering Language information
- Click on Add to add languages
- Fill out all necessary information and click OK
- Repeats as necessary
- Click Next
Entering License or Certificate information
- Click Add to add any licenses or certificates
- Fill out necessary information and click OK
- Repeats as necessary
- Click Next
Choosing Job Location
- Click magnifying glass to get list of Primary Locations
- Search for primary location and click Look Up (Note: Applicant must know address of building to complete this step)
- Click on desired primary location
- Click magnifying glass to get list of Secondary Locations
- Search for secondary location and click Look Up (Note: You must know address of building to complete this step)
- Click on desired secondary location
- Fill out additional geographic preference info and click Next
Entering References
- Click Add to add a reference
- Fill out appropriate information and click OK
- Repeats as necessary
- Click Next
Entering Additional Training
- Click Add to add training
- Fill out all appropriate information and click OK
- Repeats as necessary
- Click Next
Entering Referral information
Fill out appropriate information about referral details and click Next
Entering Additional information
- Fill out appropriate personal information and click Next
- Fill out additional information and click Submit
- Process Ends
