Career Paths
A defined – yet flexible – career path for our Sales Executives allows you to grow and develop your career, all within one company. Depending on your experience and goals, you may join the sales force in a number of capacities. Sales opportunities include:

  • Account Executive – The primary focus of the Account Executive is to sell payment processing services, POS & Inventory Control Solutions, Payroll Processing, ATM Solutions and additional services to target verticals via our consultative sales approach.
  • District Manager – In addition to sales responsibilities, a District Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of an assigned team of Account Executives within a specific vertical market.
  • Sales Manager – A Sales Manager is responsible for all sales activities within a defined geographic region – typically an entire state. Responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of District Managers, the Sales Manager ensures that his or her team stays on track to achieve sales goals.

Training
Our goal is to provide the resources necessary to help our Sales Executives become the most successful and knowledgeable in the industry. That’s why you’ll go through a structured training curriculum designed to get you up to speed on what you need, when you need it. From your first week in New Hire Training and throughout your first 13 months, you’ll learn all the ins and outs of the transaction processing & POS industry. With the help of our professional Sales Trainers – in the field and in a classroom – you’ll gain insight into:

You’ll have the support of a Sales Field Trainer and a Field Coach as you start out, as well as access to web-based learning and in-field training opportunities throughout your career. You’ll always know about our latest products, services, processes and procedures so that you can make the most of what Solaris Financial has to offer you and our customers. You can even earn certifications that give you access to qualified leads for specific products and services.

The curriculum content is grouped by skills and knowledge sets to ensure a focused approach and concentration –with frequent learning assessments to track progress. While structured, our training program also allows for advancement at your own pace, with certifications required as you progress into advanced selling opportunities.
